When I signed up for the online course I didn't really know what to expect, I just hoped it would prove to be useful in my interview preparation and I can tell you I'm really satisfied with what I got.

I feel the course has given me an in-depth understanding of the interview process and equipped me with tools to be able to answer questions in a structured and methodical way using my own experiences and views.
Having some confidence by having guidance in formulating answers also goes a long way in to reducing the stress levels the thought of an interview had.
The ability at the end to use the audio questions and answer out loud I found particularly useful as it certainly pointed out how un-fluent my answers are but with a bit of practice giving them out loud did the trick!
In terms of how the system worked was great. I had no technical problems and it was always a smooth presentation with no trouble downloading.

Very sceptical at first as I am very much in favour of face to face courses. I decided to sign up as no travelling overseas was required, no vacation leave requests needed, as the course was available from home 24/7.
After completing the course material one word really describes it all. FANTASTIC. Every aspect of a pilot selection programme is covered in great detail. This course is a must for those who have just completed their initial pilot training and those like me seeking greener pastures. My last pilot interview was 16 years ago. Sorry for my English, but as you can easily see I'm Italian and it's not my fault! So starting from here I'll try to make myself understandable!

I didn't finish yet but I had a very positive first impression especially for the technical part and I hope I'd be good for my interview!
The interview preparation per se at a first glance it's kind of scary because your course is actually covering a lot of part I wasn't really even able to imagine the HR can brain storm (you know I'm just a pilot, and a very innocent one)! But I sure after a couple of time I follow the course I'll be able to control all the important suggestion you are providing!
And here another story ...
A couple of week-ends ago I was just study your tech course and sim prep and watched the video links! Very interesting all of them! The Airbus training is really good especially for an 'easy going on the Boeing' pilot like me. I never been into an Airbus cockpit an honestly it scares me a little not having the control column in the middle of the legs! Really interesting!
Anyway the Engine malfunction recognition and the bird-strike videos ketched my attention and I watched it more than enough just because they are really interesting and also cause I had a feeling. And guess what... on Monday I went flying. On T/O we were below MLW (less than 120 POB ) and I was PF. Everything was standard as usual, standard call-outs on takeoff roll...engine stable..power set..80kts..V1..rotate.. ..OMG ...a squadron of Italian moorhen decided to rotate at the same time and they crossed our path from left to right!
There was nothing to do! We were right at V2 and we heard a sequence of bangs in the windshield, in the lower fuselage, and of course in the left engine.OMG. I never had so many birds at the same time! Anyway, long story short, we handle the emergency and we end-up performing an emergency return right away. After everything was over and my boss complimented us for the good job and training and bla-bla-bla... I said to him in front of a beer 'Sir, apart from the excellent training we provide to our pilots, do you know what was the real added value in this scenario... watched the bird strike video the day before!'

I am really happy and feeling confident after joining e-interview course,and now I feel confident that I can face the airline interview when given the opportunity. Everthing in this course has been presented in such a manner that one enjoys it.
